Challenge: Create a strategic marketing campaign for the new Brooks Health and Fitness Center in Jacksonville, Florida. The target market was 35-55 and had an income of $55K or above.
Solution: Since the facility was only on paper when the campaign started, this ad was designed to create awareness and peak interest for the center while it was still under construction. Using architectural renderings with clouds shaped like gulls (part of Brooks’ logo) and a tagline to generate curiosity, these ads generated pre-construction memberships.
