Challenge: The Sutter Group was asked to create a combined identity for the joint Land Rover/Jaguar Recognition Program.
Solution: TSG submitted names and logos and ultimately “Journey to Excellence” was chosen as the dual brand. That identity was then developed as a dual website, emails, powerpoint presentations and printed materials. Each year, Sutter develops the online and print version of charts that list the training requirements for parts, service and sales personnel to achieve Bronze, Gold and Silver Levels of Certification. Sutter also develops announcements, winner invitations, programs, etc. for a yearly travel incentive awarded to top performers. We also handle the fulfillment and mailing of these materials, which in the past have included customized travel books, flip flops, luggage tags and Marque of Distinction flag desk sets.
