Potash VIP Event Direct Mail
In partnership with event logistics company, Map Your Events, TSG created an event theme and materials for an event with 50 of Potash Corporation’s VIP clients for the 2010 Winter Olympics. The invitees were being brought out in four waves from around the world to attend 3–4 days of Olympic events. TSG handled the design, print and fulfillment of the individually personalized, custom labeled packages containing announcements, luggage tags, maps of Vancouver and a “passport” containing their personal agenda, descriptions of the events they would be attending, what to bring, what to wear, etc. The Sutter Group also created a web-based countdown clock that was coordinated to each attendee’s time zone, sent out as an e-blast announcement we also designed, as a means to keep the excitement building for their arrival in Vancouver.
