Corporate Publication & Print Design
The Brief
Carbon neutral mobility. Clean diesel. Veterans to Technicians.
Audi's commitment to responsibility deserved a publication that matched their standards.
Audi of America is committed to a vision of mobility that goes beyond performance: carbon neutral, socially responsible, and built for the long term. Their annual Responsibility Report communicates that commitment to dealers, employees, press, and partners — and it needed to do it with the same level of craft that defines the vehicles themselves. The report documents five sustainability programs that represent Audi's commitment to a responsible future. Audi energy offsets greenhouse gas emissions for every A3 Sportback e-tron sold in the United States, working with certified carbon offset programs across five states. The TDI clean diesel program delivers efficiency and performance without compromise. The fuels of the future initiative partners with innovators to advance sustainable energy alternatives. The Progressive Retail Experience modernizes how Audi interacts with customers at the point of sale. The Veterans to Technicians program matches highly skilled veterans with the sophisticated automotive technology that Audi products demand. Sutter Group's role was to make each of these programs feel as considered and premium as the brand itself. The report integrates commissioned photography, data-driven storytelling, and a design system that holds together across a range of subject matter — from engineering to community programs — without losing the distinctive Audi visual identity. The result is a publication built for the long shelf life that corporate responsibility communications require: a document that is read, referenced, and distributed across an organization, not filed and forgotten.
